Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to work with you to make adjustments wherever possible.
Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge* provided the flowers have not yet been arranged and the items are not already out for delivery.
If your flowers have already been arranged and you need to change the delivery date, we will hold the original order for the new date if we’re unable to on-sell them the same day. However, if the new date falls outside the natural vase life of the flowers and fresh blooms are required, a new order will need to be placed and paid for.
*Except Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, when a $5 handling fee will apply to any changes or cancellations.
