Delivery Policy
We want your Twig & Bloom flowers and gifts to arrive safely, on time, and looking their absolute best. Whether you choose hand delivery or click & collect, we take care at every step to make sure your order brings joy to you or your loved ones.
Hand Delivery
At Twig & Bloom, we hand-deliver flowers and gifts locally using our electric car (zero emissions!) – a sustainable choice we’re proud of.
- Delivery area: We deliver locally only (no national or international shipping).
- Delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, between 2 PM – 7 PM.
- Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed by 2 PM.
- No Sunday deliveries, except on Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day (when normal conditions may not apply).
If you require a delivery outside of these hours, please call us on 021 246 5466 at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Please note: Requests for alternate times added as notes to online orders (without prior arrangement) will be ignored.
All flowers are water-wrapped and delivered with care. If no one is home, we will leave the order in a safe, shady spot where possible.
Delivery Problems
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- an incorrect address,
- inaccessible property (e.g. locked gate, dog), or
- delivery being considered unsafe,
we will leave a ‘Card to Call’ in the recipient’s mailbox. The order will then be available for collection from our Matakana store.
If collection occurs outside the natural vase life of the flowers and fresh blooms are required, a new order will need to be placed and paid for.
Click & Collect
Enjoy the convenience of free pick-up from our Matakana store:
- Pick-ups available 10 AM – 4 PM.
- Same-day orders will be ready for collection from 2 PM.
- After-hours pick-ups are available from Matakana Cinemas (next door). Just give your name at the ticket counter.
