Tara's love for floral art began with her first job at Trafalgar Florist, and it has only deepened since. While living in Japan, she studied the intricate art of Ikebana, Japanese flower arranging, which has enriched her creative approach and adds a unique blend of perspectives to our studio.

Known for creating stunning, thoughtfully crafted arrangements, Roi also boasts an impressive collection of berets, adding her own unique flair to everything she does. Always guided by kindness, she has a special way of connecting with our customers, and we love watching her interactions bring warmth to every experience.

Hannah joins us from the Netherlands, a country celebrated for its exceptional floral artistry. Her remarkable talent and creativity embody the finest traditions of Dutch floral design, bringing a fresh and inspiring perspective to our work.

After running her own successful landscaping business, Cherry has remained closely connected to nature by delivering our beautiful bouquets and house plants. She is the heart of our flower deliveries, ensuring every Twig & Bloom arrangement arrives with care and love. Whether it’s a surprise or a thoughtful gesture, Cherry delivers more than just flowers—she brings joy with every delivery.

Tara’s husband, Robin, plays a vital role in supporting the team on particularly busy days, stepping in whenever extra help is needed. His dedication and hard work have made a lasting impression, so much so that he even received a glowing 5-star Google review for his exceptional service! His behind-the-scenes contributions help keep everything running smoothly, and we’re grateful for his unwavering support.

Ariki works with us part-time while being homeschooled, helping to process fresh flowers three times a week and ensuring the studio stays clean and organised. As a neurodiverse team member, he inspires us with his unique perspective and teaches us the beauty of embracing differences.
